There is no TV in the cab-over bed area, but there is a TV bracket and electric/cable plugs for it. The rear queen bed is adjacent to the bathroom with the shower, toilet, mirror, etc. The bathroom sink is in the rear of the RV. The center-located kitchen has an RV-size refrigerator-freezer, a 3-burner stove, and an RV-size oven. Single kitchen sink and plenty of storage. Reason for selling is not in use.

The previous owners painted the interior white to lift the overall lightness in the RV with green to some doors. All have recently been touched up to remove the minor scuffs and scratches built up over time. The previous owners also had extensive sealing done all over the RV, and consequently, there were no leaks. They also replaced the canvases on the side awning and awning above the slide. Both are in good condition. As far as the current owners know, no one has smoked in the RV, and no pets have lived in it. All the tires are relatively new with plenty of tread left on them. This 2011 Fleetwood Tioga Montara 25K has recently completed an 8-month tour around the US and Canada. The time has come to pass this wonderful RV onto another adventurous couple or family. This includes a Ford 2011 chassis with the reliable Ford Triton V10 engine, which has around 93,500 miles on the engine. One slide-out extends the booth dining area, which seats four (with seat belts) and can be converted into an additional bed. There are storage cupboards above & below. The main queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress is in the rear, with a full bunk and TV above the cab. Storage cupboards are above the main bed, and a hanging closet and two drawers are beneath. The TV over the bed has been taken down as the current owners never used it, but it can easily be re-hung if required. The kitchen features a three-burner stovetop, RV oven, and microwave above. There is an RV-size fridge/freezer and numerous storage cupboards and drawers. The bathroom has an RV flush toilet next to a shower with a curtain. Outside the bathroom is the wash basin with a mirrored cupboard above and more storage below. The house's air conditioning unit is just a year old, having been replaced before the current owners bought the RV. A generator provides power to run the van if you want to boondock together with propane heating should it get a little chilly. The house batteries are also great when boondocking for a couple of days. Outside is an awning to the side and numerous external access storage cupboards. Also, there is an external showerhead and stereo. There is a 30A hook-up cable with 20A and 50A adaptors, city water connections, and grey and black tank outlets.
