The 2021 Palazzo 37.4 is in good condition.
The exterior was found to be clean and in very good condition, except for a few marks at the back side (pictured).

The well-laid out driver cab area features driver and passenger Leatherette Captain's chair with lumbar support. Both chairs swivel and the passenger chair has an electric footrest.
The chrome heated remote mirrors have integrated side-view cameras for safety and confidence.
The dash is outfitted with a 10.1" touchscreen radio with Bluetooth, Navigation, and is Sirius/XM ready.
The one-piece windshield has a power roller shade with manual roller shades on the side windows.
A convenient dash workstation with a 110-volt and 12-volt outlet is provided for the passenger.
A power drop-down hide-away bunk with a ladder can be lowered over the cab area for sleeping accommodations for two.
A pair of Leatherette inclining theater seats with footrests are located directly behind the passenger seat. The recliners have seat belts. Above the recliners are large storage cabinets.
A Leatherette sofa bed and a TV with a sound bar above are opposite the recliners.
The TV is on an actuator that can be raised and lowered at the touch of a button. A window with day night shades allows in natural light when the TV is retracted inside the cabinet.
Next to the sofa, you'll find a dinette that can be converted into a bed by dropping the table. Seat belts are provided at the dinette. Overhead the dinette are large storage cabinets.
An entertainment center faces into the living space just past the dinette. The entertainment center features cabinet storage, a large TV, and a fireplace.
The well-appointed kitchen has a dual stainless steel sink with a high pull-out faucet, a large microwave/convection oven, a two-burner induction stove, and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker.
There's lots of cabinet and drawer storage in the kitchen area. There is a pull-out countertop extension and a pantry.
Across from the kitchen in the hallway is a broom closet, the door to the full bathroom, and the touch-screen control panel.
The bathroom contains a porcelain toilet, an oversized shower with a glass door, a power vent, a vanity with a sink, and a medicine cabinet.
The master bedroom contains a Tilt-A-View king bed with USB charging ports in the nightstands. The Tilt-A-View bed allows for easy viewing of the TV from the bed. The bed can be lowered with the touch of a button.
Opposite the bed, you'll find drawer and closet storage and a cabinet that houses the stackable washer and dryer.
Along the back wall of the Palazzo 37.4 is a hanging closet with mirrored sliding doors.
Notable exterior features include the 39" LED TV with sound bar, a quick connect LP for an external grill, two patio awnings, and lots of exterior storage.
