The 2021 Palazzo 37.4 is in good condition. The exterior was found to be clean and in very good condition, except for a few marks at the back side (pictured). The interior was found to be clean and in very good condition. The upholstery was clean and found to be free of any rips, tears, or stitching issues. The one-piece windshield has a power roller shade with manual roller shades on the side windows. A convenient dash workstation with a 110-volt and 12-volt outlet is provided for the passenger. A power drop-down hide-away bunk with a ladder can be lowered over the cab area for sleeping accommodations for two. A pair of Leatherette inclining theater seats with footrests are located directly behind the passenger seat. The recliners have seat belts. Above the recliners are large storage cabinets. This is a Coachmen Mirada Model number 32UD 35ft.We bought this new in September of last year. We made three short trips then the unit stayed up north for the summer of 2016. We loved the motor home but we are going a different direction with a park model and not travel. Unit is like new with only 3200 miles on it. Very well maintained
