It had the roof resealed in 2023 as preventative maintenance and is solid! The engine fires right up and runs great. The AC works great and keeps the RV cool. The tires are less than two years old and have a good amount of tread left on them. The furnishings are in good condition. The generator has been turned on every month and run to keep it lubricated, but aside from that, it has not been used to power the unit as they have also had hookups available when using it at campgrounds. It's estimated to have around 30 or fewer hours just from running about 15 minutes once a month. Step inside through the side door, and you enter a spacious living area with a couch and dinette to the right and, beyond that, the driver's seat with a cab-over sleeping area with a mounted TV. To the left of entering, you'll go through the kitchen to the main sleeping area, where there is a queen bed on a slide and the bathroom with a stand-up shower, vanity, and toilet.
