It had the roof resealed in 2023 as preventative maintenance and is solid! They oven has not been used so it is like new. The engine fires right up and runs great. The AC works great and keeps the RV cool. The tires have a good amount of tread left on them. Furnishings are in good condition. The generator has been turned on every month and ran to keep it lubricated but aside from that it has not been used to power the unit as they have also had hookups available when using it at campgrounds. This 2016 Thor Freedom Elite has been well-kept and properly maintained throughout its life. The coach has newer tires all the way around and, other than a spring engine oil change, is ready to hit the open road! The engine and generator were both run during the on-site visit with the coach with no issues. The seller reports that all plumbing and electrical systems are also in working order! The faux leather trim on the top of the sofa is peeling (see pictures), as is common on coaches of this age. This motorhome has been well maintained and used for many long trips and short stays. It was lived in for a few weeks when the seller arrived in Florida while finding accommodation.
