It had the roof resealed in 2023 as preventative maintenance and is solid! The engine fires right up and runs great. The AC works great and keeps the RV cool. The tires are less than two years old and have a good amount of tread left on them. The furnishings are in good condition. The generator has been turned on every month and run to keep it lubricated, but aside from that, it has not been used to power the unit as they have also had hookups available when using it at campgrounds. It's estimated to have around 30 or fewer hours just from running about 15 minutes once a month.
