The overall condition of this vehicle is very good to excellent for the year.
The exterior finishes are very good; the clear coat is in very nice shape and better than most for a 2014.
The slides have been redone with new tracks and motors and function well.
No issues are reported with the roof, tires are 2018 with under 10k miles on them. Owner is confident in their integrity, some inspectors might object.
The interior is also very nice; the front seats have been recovered and look like new.
There is minor wear throughout, but above average for the year, and the generator only shows 231 hours over nine years.
