The overall condition of this coach is fair, it has higher miles for a Class A though the Caterpillar engine is very reliable. The exterior shows a lot of sun fading, the graphics are rough and it is cosmetically challenged. Has been stored outdoors, and on Arizona vehicles, it takes a toll. Both slide awnings will need replacing. The front windows are exhibiting fogging on a couple of panes, argon gas has escaped, and overall the exterior needs a good cleaning, hasn't been used in 5 years or so. The tires are from 2016 and will need to be replaced soon. The interior also shows some wear and really just needs some TLC, but the AC blows cold, and the owner's family says everything works.
