Camper is 30 Amp service. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Fresh, grey and black water tanks with montoring system to indicate how full tanks are. All tanks are 40 gallon each. 12'x25' foot awning creates shaded outdoor living space. Includes leveling jacks, sway bars. Trailer tires are 3 years old, batteries are 2 years old.
