3/1/2024: Humidity has caused some of the interior trim pieces to come apart again. New pictures are in the listing. A small leak was recently discovered near the vent in March. The condensation caused the cabinets and doors to expand and split open. As of 10/11/23 the seller states repairs have been made and the roof has been sealed. The unit is now ready for showings. Previous Cruise America rental RV. The seller states all systems work as they should currently. The prior service history is most likely not available as it was a rental. Cruise America does a full service and inspection before the sale. The current sellers have only owned for (4) months. Majestics were designed specifically for Cruise America and were built to be low maintenance and easy to use by someone who has never traveled in an RV. Two main changes they made were no slideouts and stabilizer jacks. This allows for the owner to simply pull into a camping spot, hook up water and power, and they're ready to go! New stereo with CD and BLUETOOTH for hands free phone and music.Everything works great: fridge/freezer, water heater, AC's in unit and cab, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, water pump, water heater, ONAN generator, newer tires (6), newer awning with cover, newer mattress, door lock with deadbolt & RV batteries, BTU ducted furnace. Engine strong, new fuel pump. Service and all Tire receipts. Newer linoleum (removed carpet and took down to tongue and groove subfloor to confirm solid since we were there). Power steering, emergency start switch, cruise control, A/C, 4 wheel ABS Hydrolic disc brakes & airbags. Tow package with wiring. This was a Cruise America rental but even though high miles, advantages are they order their units with higher grade materials like solid wood cabinets to hold up under higher use. Also, they keep them serviced better to keep them on the road. Maggie still has many years of good times left in her for her new family. You can't find a better motorhome under $15k.
