The exterior dimensions are 25 feet long and 8 feet wide which makes it easy to enter businesses, campsites, national parks and parking lots. We chose this size as it could fit conveniently in our driveway. Built on the bullet proof Ford E350 Superduty Chassis with 5.4 Liter Ford V8 Engine. In Excellent condition mechanically and very good condition overall. A very popular interior configuration for Couples or Families with its fixed Queen Size Bed in Back along with Queen Bed over the Cab. The dinette table can lowered to become an additional single bed. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 children.It was perfect in our travels of 2 adults and 2 young children. We averaged 10 miles per gallon combined during our travels. This RV has a single chair located behind the passenger seat for additional seating . It runs and drives super smooth and all maintenance is up to date. Ready to use without any additional work required. I have Clean Title, and there is No Rust, Water Damage, or Body Damage. Engine strong, new fuel pump. Service and all Tire receipts. Newer linoleum (removed carpet and took down to tongue and groove subfloor to confirm solid since we were there). Power steering, emergency start switch, cruise control, A/C, 4 wheel ABS Hydrolic disc brakes & airbags. Tow package with wiring. This was a Cruise America rental but even though high miles, advantages are they order their units with higher grade materials like solid wood cabinets to hold up under higher use. Purchased 100% refurbished in Sept 2013 from Cruise America in Las Vegas with 134K miles (Current Mileage: 151,500), for sale by military veteran owner. This RV is 24.6 feet in length and easy to drive and maneuver. It is powered by a 5.4L Ford Triton V8 engine, Ford E350 chassis, power mirrors, power windows and locks, 4KW Onan generator, patio awning (installed at 2013 purchase). It sleeps 5-6 with cab over bunk, dinette bed and rear bed. Additional features include: cruise control, tilt steering wheel, in-dash CD/DVD player, flat screen TV, exterior storage compartment, dual safety airbags, water heater, fridge/freezer, curtains throughout, cloth chair with seat belt, 3 burner range, refrigerator, shower, convection microwave, a roof A/C, and much more. RV also includes rear fold down hitch mounted cargo carrier, an Elements All Climate cover only used for one winter season. 2006 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds Majestic 23A, Rear queen bed model, plus cab over sleeper and dinette/ bed . Lots of cabinet space with quality cabinets. Very good condition.
