1955 Spartan “Imperial Mansion” vintage aluminum trailer43’ length, 8’ widthManufacturer originally stated weight of 8000 lbs. (empty) Condition: Needs complete restorationHas just been pulled from where it was parked since 1986 Which means: Buyer shall assume all responsibility & costs for relocation of the trailer; all assessment of safety and compliance with highway code associated with the relocation are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Condition (detailed): Minor denting & wear over much of the exterior (pictured)Some windows are either broken or plexiglas (or both) and will require replacement (all windows pictured).The trailer was used as a residence up until 2003: All appliances, wiring & plumbing were working at that time, and the unit had been sealed against water; some water intrusion appears to have taken place since then (pictured), but the extent of the damage is unknown 3 of the four tires are bias ply tube type (on the original steel wheels), they appear to have no problem holding at 35 psi; 1 of the 4 had to be replaced with a modern radial with a newer steel wheel.
