SPARTAN AFICIONADO'S, FEAST YOUR EYES ON THIS NEW BUILD! NEARLY 8+ MONTHS OF BUILD TIME, SPARING NO EXPENSE... WE PRESENT YOU WITH THE MOST STUNNINGLY ELEGANT CUSTOM BUILT SPARTANETTE EVER PRODUCED BY AZ VINTAGE TRAILERS. Scope of the build: This trailer was completely dismantled (FRAME-OFF), then built back to factory spec. This is the only Spartan Spartanette in the USA (maybe in the world) that has been rebuilt back to factory spec (factory fashion). Most home built restoration projects turn these trailers into heavily modified units; they no longer have the original look or feel. The owner took the time with professional builders and contractors to create a unit that we spared no expense on. For the Spartan Aficionado out their, this unit is a dream come true. Model Info: This is the Spartanette Tandem model has the rare split rear windows and one piece all aluminum fully functional bathroom. With limited changes to cabinetry doors and some specialty wood accents sourced from Europe, we made it just like new, all over again! Interior: The Entire birch wood interior has been replaced with new wood. Then we applied a fresh clear coat of sh-alack lacquer to bring out the woods natural appearance and glow. With this unit you get a fresh bright new interior feel that you would have only been able to experience back in 1951. It simply looks and smells new, fresh and ready for another 60+ years of life! Systems Scope: All systems have been replaced with new technology and modern materials and all modern codes have been followed. This trailer is currently set up to be used as a park trailer (the same way is was originally produced back in 1951). Appliances: The original Kelvinator refrigerator is almost finished being restored. Fridge is being custom painted Spartan Red and ice cream white accents. The original 4 burner stove and oven, also currently being repaired and repainted. Both will be installed within the next week. History: This gem was discovered right here in central Arizona. This trailer obtains its original title from 1951 from its original owners... WOW! so so rare.

1956 Spartan Spartan Royal Manor 42T, Your chance to own a piece of nostalgic RV Americana is finally here! Referred to as the ⿿Cadillac of trailers,⿝ the 1956 Spartan Royal Manor 42T was born of the history-making Spartan Aircraft Company and was the latest in aerospace engineering from the last century. It is in amazingly original condition: original appliances, fixtures and finishes, large windows, ingenious storage, and other mid-century modern details, it⿿s like a time machine--but its solid construction and celebrated pedigree makes it more than that. Spartan Aircraft, founded in 1928 in Tulsa, OK by William G. Skelly, and subsequently acquired by J. Paul Getty in 1935, the Spartan reputation for performance and opulence never wavered. Spartan entered the war effort during World War II, producing a military version of one of their models in the ⿿Zeus.⿝ When the war ended, a beefed up post-WWII Spartan factory made Getty ponder where he was going to take the company next. Dabbling with new airplane prototypes and a new type of automobile, came the idea of a radically designed travel trailer. Employing the principals of the technique known as monocoque fuselage design that gives a great amount of strength with very little added weight, plus the great need for housing after the war, decided Getty that trailer manufacturing would be the way for Spartan to go; and it did until 1962. No expense was spared when Spartan built their trailers⿿obsessed with the highest quality and sleekest design, the Spartan Manor was roughly ½ the price of a brand new home in 1956! Flash forward to today and the nicest part of this story is that it is one of our best deals and you can now own a piece of the transportation splendor of America⿿s past, but don⿿t wait too long; this lovely blast from the past won⿿t be at our dealership forever!
