FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION: 1985 Sunrader Silverada TD, CG 21ft Micro Mini Motor Home (Class C) on a Toyota Truck Chassis with a 2.5L (22RE) I-4 Fuel Injected engine and automatic trans with overdrive. This unit has a Rear Bathroom, Center Kitchen/Dinette and a Front Over-cab Queen sized Bed. Sleeps up to 4. TRUCK CHASSIS: Has 6 new tires with less than 1000 miles on them. Recent new battery. Rebuilt Transmission (2014) has less than 1000 miles on it. Cold Truck cab air conditioner. It has rear air cushion ride, an in-dash AM/FM radio with cassette player. Has CB Radio (condition unknown). At one time it had Cruise Control but previous Owner/Owners rendered it inoperable (parts removed). Everything else with the truck chassis checks out good. Runs great and gets good gas mileage (17.4 mpg last time I checked it). It has the 6-lug 1-ton rear floating axle. SMOG exempt in Texas! TRUCK REPAIRS: Manifold gasket replaced (07/11/2015). Steering Box replaced (11/24/2014). Transmission rebuilt and oil pan gasket replaced (02/19/2014 at 222240 miles). Compression test on engine checked good and replaced #3 Fuel Injector (12/26/2014). Oil & Filter changed (07/2015). RV EXTERIOR: All of the front, rear and side marker lights have been replaced with new LED style lights. A new entry door step has been installed. Roof Top Air Conditioning unit is in very good condition and keeps the interior cool during the hottest part of a Texas summer day. Previous owner resealed all of the windows (sloppy job) and painted the front windows black. RV INTERIOR: The interior of the RV has been completely remodeled. Every thing on the inside is new excepting the Microwave and the Electric Refrigerator of which both work fine. I gutted the cabin and began anew with NEW insulation and paneling (on the walls and ceiling). NEW underlayment and Tile on floor. All NEW 12 volt lighting and 110 volt duplex outlets. The bathroom has a NEW toilette, a NEW tub with shower and NEW exhaust fan. The kitchen has a NEW euro-style two burner LP Stove with NEW vent hood, a NEW sink, all NEW counter-top and cabinets. All NEW combination table/bed with NEW top that matches counter-tops and benches with NEW cushion covers. The Cab-over sleeping area has been reinforced with new plywood and the cushions have NEW covers. A NEW On-demand style LP hot water heater with electric (D cell battery) ignition has been installed. All NEW water plumbing done with Pex Pipe. A NEW water pump. A NEW 1500 watt electric heater installed for those chilly nights. A NEW Monitor panel with pump switch and all new sensors on tanks. (Two (2) panels, one installed and the other a spare. Both of which do not show tank info but pump switch works.) Set up to run on Shore Power or an Electric Generator. Has wiring for Auxilary Battery but one has not been installed. The interior height of the cabin is 5' 10" except under the air conditioning unit where it is 5' 7", so if you are tall (as I am) you will have to be careful not to bump your head. Okay it is this is my extremely rare and hard to find in excellent condition for its year and age oldie but a goodie 1982 Toyota dolphin Minnie Motorhome Class B 19FT by 8 foot wide sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably it has 82,000 original document miles it has one of the best engines Toyota ever produced 2.0 R it's a standard 5 speed manual transmission Stick shift it is fully self-contained 2000 watt generator with low hours it can and will operate the whole unit with AC and central heat in fridge work 10 to 12 hours runtime it has a full private bathroom with shower and toilet full complete kitchen for all your needs frigerator will service one year ago and is in perfect working order will freeze up within 30 minutes stove and oven it has the rear dinette that converts into a queen size bed also queen size bed overhead driver's cab the wood floor everything is in great shape the ceiling as you can see in the pictures it has been well taken care of and maintained no leaks no dry rot where care are bad odors it is pet free and smoke free it has numerous of overhead and lower storage space for your family's needs inside and out I have tons of owners manuals what we truly love about it it is excellent on gas under $40 will fill it up it is very lightweight it is solid Aluminum very easy to drive can be parked anywhere and it has just recently passed emissions with no problem everything on this rv is in working order you will not find anything that does not work I can pretty much guarantee you will not find a cleaner and nicer one in its shape or condition are you here for the price that I am selling it I regret that I have to sell it but I am in financial need please do look at the photos and see for yourself I know I will not replace it for the price let alone the condition that it's in like I said I have all the owners manual the original Key service records documents and Explorer and free Texas title with all the necessary paperwork to register it please feel free to call me with any questions you have there is so much more to list do not have room to list it all you will truly fall in love with it once you see it tires are in new shape it runs and drives extremely well with no weird noises check engine lights hesitation vibration clutch is in good working order just replaced last year I will not hesitate to get in it and drive it across country with no worries please do feel free to call anytime with any questions 832-899 1784
