IT CAN BE HOOKED UP IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES BY ONE PERSON. JUST CONNECT THE REESE TOW BAR TO THE BALL, CONNECT THE CHAINS, PLUG IN THE LIGHTS, AND YOU'RE READY TO TOW. THE TRACKER IS IN GOOD SHAPE WITH NO RUST AND ONLY COSMETIC DAMAGE TO THE LEFT FRONT AND LEFT REAR CORNERS. IT HAS NEW CANVASS TOP, NEW CLUTCH AND CABLE, NEW TIRES, AND NEW SHOCKS. THE A/C NO LONGER WORKS AND THE SPEEDOMETER DOESN'T WORK, BUT THE TACH DOES. IF YOU WANT TO INCLUDE THE TRACKER, JUST MAKE AN APPROPRIATE BID.
