This is a Coleman Sequoia pop-up camper that has been upgraded to include a 3'x7' cargo deck capable of carrying a motorcycle, atv, or a pile of firewood etc. Camper is in great condition and needs nothing. You can pick this up and take it right to your favorite campsite. Easily sleeps 5 or 6, with a king bed on one end, a queen on the other, and the dinette folds down to a double. A/C is less than 2 years old and blows cold. All the upholstery is in good shape and the beds are really comfortable. The awning and all the canvas, windows and screening is approx. 5 years old and in great shape with no holes, rips, tears or leaks. Stove has been removed to make more counter space, but I will give it to you if you want it. Faucet at sink is brand new. As a result of the upgrade, the camper now has all new (in the last year) 3500# axle, springs, hubs, tires and electric brakes. Interior lighting is LED. Exterior lights have all new lenses. Exterior 120V and 12V outlets have been added. There is also a strip of LEDs along the bottom with a remote control. Cosmetically it is not perfect, the roof is covered with hail dents and the rear plastic body panel has been banged up a little bit on the right side. Takes a 2" ball and a 7 way plug. 1994 Coleman Americana Sequoia , This is a one owner camper. Has been garage kept when not in use. Canvas has no mold, mildew, rips, tears or dry rot. The windows are clear without any fogged areas. It has 2 stoves, 1 indoor, 1 outdoor. Outdoor shower. Thetford Cassette toilet inside. Privacy curtains. Mini blinds on all windows. Carrier Heat/Ac pump in good working order. LP Hot water heater, 20 gallon water tank. Electric Converter. 2 slide out beds. One king size, the other not quite a queen, but bigger than double. The dinette table converts to a smaller bed.
