Original owners, non smokers,stored indoors from early fall to late spring every year, camper was always covered rest of year when not in use. Camper is extremely clean and has always been maintained, roof cleaned and protective coating ever year, all rubber treated regularly, the frame was painted when we bought the camper and repainted ever year for the first 3 years then every other year after that, no rust.
