The flooring is in good shape. The upholstery on the main sofa shows signs of cracking and peeling. A few dinette cushions have stains. The roof rear bathroom fan is missing a cover in the photos. A replacement cover has already been installed. Mid-slide-out with sofa on it has damaged trim on the bottom (see photo). Wallpaper on bedroom wall near entrance door is bubbling and detaching (see photos). According to the seller, the roof was recently recoated. Driver-side basement double door needs replacement latch/lock (currently taped up). The furnace access panel is missing cover. The tires have 2014 mfg date codes. This RV is in great condition! We aren't able to enjoy it because of my wife's health conditions. It has recently been fully serviced. This unit has a refrigerator/freezer underneath. We have replaced the microwave with a microwave/convection oven, washer and dryer, water heater, and a new engine. The cabinets in the unit are made of solid wood. The RV has a 10 disc cd changer and an ice maker too. There is one 30 inch slide out in the living room.The actual miles on the Rv is 46,250 miles. The new engine was installed in October 2009 at 22,638 miles. The new engine has only been driven 23,600 miles. There is a 7500 Watt diesel generator in the unit. This unit has been very well keep inside and out. I have applied UV product twice in 18 months to protect the roof. The inside is cleaned from top to bottom after each use. Looks brand new and the AC is super cold. We love this unit a bunch but have ungraded to a 5th wheel. There is an extended warranty that can be transferred to the new owner approximately 4 years remaining.Don't miss this one as it is priced well under low NADA retail.
