Overall, this motorhome is in good condition, considering that it's a 2007 model. The interior is clean and very well kept, with no signs of leaks or other moisture damage. The exterior needs a good wash and wax, and the entry door fiberglass is deteriorating. The two far rear storage doors on the driver's side are starting to show some signs of slight deterioration, and the decals are all pretty faded. The oil on the engine and generator has been changed, the battery was replaced two years ago, and the Toyo tires have 3,000 miles on them. Their date code is 3921. The leveling system operates, but does need to be serviced since one jack raises all but about the last inch or so, The generator carb needs to be cleaned. It turns over and starts to fire, but obviously a carb kit will make it run as it's designed. For the price and low mileage, the price of this coat is very fair and will make someone a great toy hauler! This RV is in great condition! We aren't able to enjoy it because of my wife's health conditions. It has recently been fully serviced. This unit has a refrigerator/freezer underneath.    We have replaced the microwave with a microwave/convection oven, washer and dryer, water heater, and a new engine. The cabinets in the unit are made of solid wood. The RV has a 10 disc cd changer and an ice maker too. There is one 30 inch slide out in the living room.The actual miles on the Rv is 46,250 miles. The new engine was installed in October 2009 at 22,638 miles. The new engine has only been driven 23,600 miles. There is a 7500 Watt diesel generator in the unit.
