I bought this 1973 23-foot GMC Motorhome from the original owner who had put a lot of love into including after-market chrome bumpers, a rear ladder and rails, a ‘welcome’ step, and a 1976 Cadillac 500 V8 engine with ~150k miles on it. The rig lived in the Santa Ynez Valley for her holy life. I bought it (tinker toy) 3 years ago and have made it my project. When I bought it she already ran great but we did some tune-ups. We started on the engine replacing all belts and gaskets, a new radiator, a new carburetor, and new spark plugs. We also put in two new rear airbag suspensions and replaced all 7 tires. We then gutted the inside and started from scratch with new materials and appliances with a vision for a more open and spacious rig. New: 7-inch stereo with Apple Carplay 9-speaker Kicker sound system and subwoofer Planet Audio 4 plug amp Large Dometic Refrigerator/ Freezer Solar setup (800 watts of panels, solar inverter) Burner/Oven Propane Furnace Water pump Propane water heater New Carpet New Flooring New L-shaped bench, doubles at 2nd bed New 12’ Butcherblockcounter top Copper Sink and Fosset Mattress Radiator Airbag Suspension Carberator Tires Plumping When we finished the project, we were living in a new world. We road-tripped around the West coast before settling in Idaho on a new path without our beloved Tinker Toy.

According to the seller the Coach has been completely gone through inside and out. The interior is in very good condition and has had little to no use since its completion of the interior. THERE IS NO SHOWER! It was pulled out during renovation. The exterior was the next step in the process for the completion of this refurbishment. So there is normal wear and tear showing on the exterior of the unit. There are a few items that need to be completed. Installation of the sensors to the grey and black tanks (he has received them). Troubleshoot the cab AC as it is not blowing cold. Install new self-closing drawer glides (he has them). Verify the furnace and refrigerator are working as they should. Just need to be checked. Stock #310981 ***SALE PENDING*** Classic GMC Royale. Many new interior and mechanical updates. Low Original Miles. This Classic GMC Royale 26 has been meticulously refurbished. The timeless character of the coach was kept intact but updated with new interior and mechanical components to ensure longevity and aesthetics. The previous owner installed new Alcoa Aluminum wheels, a rear quad bag air system, a new transmission shift kit, new front axles, and brake servicing. All of this was the foundation that the current owner received to begin his extensive interior refurbishment in November 2014. It included New window seals, roof chaulking, 7 Hancock tires, a new master cylinder, new running lights, new fuel tank lines, New power heated Velvac mirrors, and new coach batteries. The 6.0kW Onan generator, roof AC, and rear air-leveling system all work as they should. That is just a recap of the outside. The interior was gutted, and the flooring was replaced. Then the headliner was replaced with Tuckpoint polyester over the FRP core. New Toyota Sienna Seats and a new instrument panel, and cockpit carpet were installed. Reupholstered Dinette bed and new twin mattresses. Corian countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. LED lighting throughout the entire coach gives you the lighting you don't normally see in a coach of this age. New kitchen bath sinks and faucets and new day-night shades. Rebuilt Walnut cabinets throughout. A Panasonic Inverter Microwave was added. Tile flooring was added. Cedar-lined closets keep the moths out, adding a fresh scent to the coach. There are just too many items to add to this listing. If interested, please reach out to your POP Consultant for more information. Reason for selling is health reasons.

1974 Collector’s Vintage GMC Glacier Motorhome. 26 foot We believe we are the 4th owner of this well maintained classic. We have paper records going back 23 years of its pampered life. This Glacier is ready to give you years of enjoyment. You can take off today and go cross country.I have evidence that the speedometer has been replaced, probably twice so while there are about 84,000 miles shown, it could be far less or more. (they replaced the entire dash) I have a very detailed history. The more recent activity gives you a good idea of the present condition. I can send you a spreadsheet showing all work. The most important thing is that there are about 14,000 miles on the rebuilt 455 engine and the newer exhaust system There are about 8,000 miles on a matched set of Toyo tires (including spare) on updated steel wheels I put several new items in last summer 2016:Air conditioner - Coleman 13,500 BTU AirXcel 48000Progressive Dynamics PD4560 60A Power Control CenterFantastic vent/fanMaintenance items like new starter, fuel filters, alternator, 2 Trojan 6v house and Optima motor batteries, rebuilt steering columnVIAIR #480c air pump (100% duty cycle) from Applied GMCAnd a Dometic 320 standard height toiletThere are 20,000 miles on a new master cylinder and towing auxiliary brake system, almost all new front and rear suspension parts, Caspro heavy duty stabilizer bar; front tire spacers, professionally ride leveled, new transmission cooler.About 22,000 miles on air bags and air connectors, both windshields All upholstery was recovered in 1999 and has been protected by slip covers. It is the medium blue of the front seats. We added new removable forest motif slip covers in the lounge area this year. It can be all blue for you! There are about 30,000 miles on new ABS system Other items: a fancy water filter, storage box on roof, new fridge in 2000, new fridge cooling coil replaced in recall 2005, 18 foot Zip Dee Awning with snap on sides. Cruise control works! Mostly LED lighting inside. The 6,000 watt Generac generator works occasionally. Making that dependable is my next project.Parked under cover while we have owned it.It needs a new paint job to add value. But you can jump into it and drive America the way it is.
