RV is in top condition, better than expected. Everything works like it came from the factory a year ago. The limited solar panel will run lights and small accessories for three days. It will also run a fridge for a limited time. Needs an extra panel or two to be self-sufficient. One touch Jacks works well. Stock #352191 2022 FOREST RIVER WILDWOOD HERITAGE GLEN 356QB FIFTH WHEEL! This is a user-friendly camper that is towable or stationary. There is a queen-sized bed in the nose with a dresser and double closet, with room for a washer/dryer combo. It is fully carpeted. The master bath has a full-sized tub and shower and a porcelain toilet. Entry stairs lead to the bathroom on the right side of the entry hallway, and the living room is to the left. The floors are the Heavy Duty Vinyl. There is a Panoramic window over the tri-fold couch. The D-shaped drop-down kitchenette sleeper seats five. The flooring is in good shape. The upholstery on the main sofa shows signs of cracking and peeling. A few dinette cushions have stains. The roof rear bathroom fan is missing a cover in the photos. A replacement cover has already been installed. Mid-slide-out with sofa on it has damaged trim on the bottom (see photo). Wallpaper on bedroom wall near entrance door is bubbling and detaching (see photos). According to the seller, the roof was recently recoated. Driver-side basement double door needs replacement latch/lock (currently taped up). The furnace access panel is missing cover. The tires have 2014 mfg date codes.
