Excellent condition, only 36,700 miles. Just put $4000 worth of maintenance: Six high end, brand new Michelin tires, all new belts and hoses, brakes, new microwave, oil change with full synthetic oil. Added a new back-up camera. Roof A/C and ducted heat work very well. Refigerator runs well on either electricity or propane. Generator serviced 10,000 miles ago. Easily sleeps 7, but small children can share to accomodate more. Split bath with large shower on one side and separate enclosed area with vanity and toilet. Mid-cabin curtains can be closed off to separate and create privacy between the main cabin and rear bedroom. Model 28-D. Actual length 29.5 feet. We have loved this RV, everything works great, just finished a trip across the US to Washington DC and back. What we have loved about this RV that is hard to find in other RV's: Extra Dinette seating (converts to a bed) with seat belts in the back room area. (Totaling 9 seatbelts) Comfortable bunk beds, large bed area over cab, day/night shades. We need something bigger for our family of 8 with teenagers. But we are in no hurry to sell this RV. NO LOW-BALL OFFERS. Not available to show or sell on Sundays.
