Actual length 29.5 feet.  We have loved this RV, everything works great, just finished a trip across the US to Washington DC and back. What we have loved about this RV that is hard to find in other RV's:  Extra Dinette seating (converts to a bed) with seat belts in the back room area. (Totaling 9 seatbelts) Comfortable bunk beds, large bed area over cab, day/night shades. We need something bigger for our family of 8 with teenagers.
