The seller says this coach is ready to hit the road when you are. This coach has been enjoyed by a great family with lots of kids. For this reason there are signs of some wear here and there. There is a place on the second couch that will have to be reupholstered. The date codes on the tires indicate 2016. I did not notice any signs of roof leaks.
