The kitchen has Pantry, oak cabinets, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, sink with a new faucet, plenty of counter space, exhaust fan. There is a bathroom, full shower, sink and vanity area, and private toilet area. Black water storage is 40 gallons of water. Grey Water=70 gallons, with an additional grey water tank for shower of 35 gallons. Fresh water 110 gallons. Entertainment TV in bedroom. Another TV is located in main living area with surround sound and DVD player - stereo with 10 speakers and sub-woofer/amplifier -out door sound system - cable TV hookup - antenna - iPad hookup - plenty of storage and wardrobe area. Fully heated and air conditioned with two units. Garage has 2 storage cabinets with TV hook up.
