The exterior dimensions are 25 feet long and 8 feet wide which makes it easy to enter businesses, campsites, national parks and parking lots. We chose this size as it could fit conveniently in our driveway. Built on the bullet proof Ford E350 Superduty Chassis with 5.4 Liter Ford V8 Engine. In Excellent condition mechanically and very good condition overall. A very popular interior configuration for Couples or Families with its fixed Queen Size Bed in Back along with Queen Bed over the Cab. The dinette table can lowered to become an additional single bed. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 children.It was perfect in our travels of 2 adults and 2 young children. We averaged 10 miles per gallon combined during our travels. This RV has a single chair located behind the passenger seat for additional seating . It runs and drives super smooth and all maintenance is up to date. Ready to use without any additional work required. I have Clean Title, and there is No Rust, Water Damage, or Body Damage. Gelcoat is bright white and decals are not cracked or peeling. There are alot of rough Motorhomes out there, but this one is super nice. 1977 Gmc Palm Beach , This GMC is very finely restored. Cabinets, Flooring, Seating, etc rival new motorhomes in the $200,000 price range. Drives like new with fully restored engine. Brakes better than new with modern 6 wheel disc brakes. The RV was restored with the concept in mind of how would they build it today, with paying respect to the original design and layout. Original cabinet doors are in place, while cabinet facings and sides that were laminated plastic fiberboard garbage were replaced with hardwood veneered plywood. Coach looks better, and is actually lighter weight than original materials. All mechanical ,electrical, and plumbing work, and most interior work was completed by professionals. This is a great running coach with an outstanding interior condition that is better than new. Running Gear Engine rebuilt 55,000 miles ago.
