The owners of this Redwood 38RL have used the RV to travel for work. The exterior was clean and intact and the exterior surfaces showed good shine and deep reflection. The interior surfaces and flooring were gorgeous. The refrigerator/freezer and the entry steps were replaced in 2021. The patio awnings were updated in 2022. The 38 RL is a high quality design with the space for comfortable weekends or extended travel. This one is designed in popular rich cabinets with highlights, linen-style wall coverings, and beautiful floors. Well-placed lighting and huge windows with black-out shades make every day on board a unique spa-like experience. The gourmet kitchen will excite the chef in the family. This one is set up with a residential-sized refrigerator, hard-surface countertops, a large kitchen island, a stacked pantry with pull-outs, a cutting board above the trash bin, and cabinet organizers (see photos). The great room includes a fireplace and entertainment center surrounded by leather recliners and a reclining sofa! The washer and dryer stand at the ready in their own cabinets with folding space on top and cubbies for the laundry. The private bedroom holds a full-size cedar-lined closet with sliding doors and more wardrobe cabinets surrounding the king-size bed. At the business end of the Redwood is a Gen-Y hitch which was added by the owner. The RV has a 270-degree camera system with a monitor included. It is prepped for satellite and a generator. The Satellite system and the generator are not included in the price.
