A POP representative has not been aboard this RV; however, the seller states that all systems and functions work correctly. Upgraded with MORryde Independent suspension and disc brakes. After a recent hail storm, the roof and ceiling on the living room slide were replaced. The RV was completely inspected after the storm to ensure no other damage. The seals on the living room slide should be replaced. The sellers have the seals but were not able to replace them. Redwood performed the passenger side repair caused by a blown tire, and it has not been painted because the owners can no longer tow the RV to get into the paint shop. It is manufacturer-equipped with a rear receiver for towing, which the owners use to tow a Jeep Wrangler. Traveled and lived in full time. The inside has been painted white to brighten it. The paint needs to be touched up. The carpets have been cleaned--but are original. The kitchen floor has a couple of small tears. The seller has participated in the Redwood Owners Group National Rally in Indiana every year since 2015. At that time, the Redwood techs went through the coach and took care of anything that was needed. All tires (including the spare) were replaced last year before the sellers drove the RV home from Indiana; those are the only miles on the tires. The owners of this Redwood 38RL have used the RV to travel for work. The exterior was clean and intact and the exterior surfaces showed good shine and deep reflection. The interior surfaces and flooring were gorgeous. The refrigerator/freezer and the entry steps were replaced in 2021. The patio awnings were updated in 2022.
