A POP representative has not been aboard this RV; however, the seller states that all systems and functions work correctly. Upgraded with MORryde Independent suspension and disc brakes. After a recent hail storm, the roof and ceiling on the living room slide were replaced. The RV was completely inspected after the storm to ensure no other damage. The seals on the living room slide should be replaced. The sellers have the seals but were not able to replace them. Redwood performed the passenger side repair caused by a blown tire, and it has not been painted because the owners can no longer tow the RV to get into the paint shop. It is manufacturer-equipped with a rear receiver for towing, which the owners use to tow a Jeep Wrangler. Traveled and lived in full time. The inside has been painted white to brighten it. The paint needs to be touched up. The carpets have been cleaned--but are original. The kitchen floor has a couple of small tears. The seller has participated in the Redwood Owners Group National Rally in Indiana every year since 2015. At that time, the Redwood techs went through the coach and took care of anything that was needed. All tires (including the spare) were replaced last year before the sellers drove the RV home from Indiana; those are the only miles on the tires. The interior surfaces and flooring were gorgeous. The refrigerator/freezer and the entry steps were replaced in 2021. The patio awnings were updated in 2022. All tires were replaced in 2022 and had deep treads. Stock #384830 Big, luxurious Redwood with gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer, two patio awnings and an outdoor TV! Overall, this is very nice. It has a custom dining area, and the living area sofa sleeper was removed and replaced with a leather love seat recliner. Documentation reveals that a lifetime roof coating was sprayed on in November 2019. The sellers are checking to see if the warranty for the coating is transferable. A roof air vent in the kitchen is inoperable. Likely needs to be replaced. Batteries for house and generator may need to be charged or possibly replaced. Stock #267243 Excellent condition!
