2012 Primetime Camper in great barely used condition. Camper is set up on leased propriety on Lake Keowee ( can be easily moved) and has only been pulled less than 10 times. The fireplace was never used. Outside kitchen used once. Nice 4 door refrigerator. Bunk house has 2 bunks with futon underneath that lets out for more sleepers. Bunk house slide is a mirrored armoire with two bottom drawers. This camper has everything you need and more. Reason for selling is we don't use it as much as we would like due to kids playing sports.

This is a 2013 Lacrosse Luxury Lite 319 QBS by Prime Time Manufacturing. Very nice, like new, never smoked in, one owner, Travel Trailer 35'7" long, 11'5" tall, hitch weight 840 lbs., Gross weight is 9,613 lbs.(dry weight is 7,609 lbs., 2,004 lbs. of total carrying weight capacity). Tongue jack is manual and the stabilizers are electric powered. Interior height is 6'6". Fresh water tank is 48 gallons, Grey tank is 60 gallons and the Black tank is 30 gallons. Air conditioner and heater works very well with a 13,500 btu A/C and a 30,000 btu Hi Capacity furnace, 6 gallon electric/gas water heater w/ 18 gallon/hr quick recovery mode. Sleeps up to 10, queen size bed, bunk house area with bunk beds, air mattress, lounge area, kitchen area has a 12 cubic foot 4 door refrigerator. This camper is very comfortable to camp in and has very nice features to it. A 'Blue Ox' hitch system currently installed on trailer. Travel trailer is for sale for 20,500. I will consider selling the tow vehicle as a package deal. The tow vehicle is a 2014 2500 Laramie Mega cab with a 6.4 Liter Hemi engine with 3.73 rear end gears.
