Very nice, like new, never smoked in, one owner, Travel Trailer 35'7" long, 11'5" tall, hitch weight 840 lbs., Gross weight is 9,613 lbs.(dry weight is 7,609 lbs., 2,004 lbs. of total carrying weight capacity). Tongue jack is manual and the stabilizers are electric powered. Interior height is 6'6". Fresh water tank is 48 gallons, Grey tank is 60 gallons and the Black tank is 30 gallons. Air conditioner and heater works very well with a 13,500 btu A/C and a 30,000 btu Hi Capacity furnace, 6 gallon electric/gas water heater w/ 18 gallon/hr quick recovery mode. Sleeps up to 10, queen size bed, bunk house area with bunk beds, air mattress, lounge area, kitchen area has a 12 cubic foot 4 door refrigerator. This camper is very comfortable to camp in and has very nice features to it. A 'Blue Ox' hitch system currently installed on trailer. Travel trailer is for sale for 20,500.
