Overall, this motorhome is in good condition, considering that it's a 2007 model. The interior is clean and very well kept, with no signs of leaks or other moisture damage.
The exterior needs a good wash and wax, and the entry door fiberglass is deteriorating. The two far rear storage doors on the driver's side are starting to show some signs of slight deterioration, and the decals are all pretty faded.
The oil on the engine and generator has been changed, the battery was replaced two years ago, and the Toyo tires have 3,000 miles on them. Their date code is 3921.
The leveling system operates, but does need to be serviced since one jack raises all but about the last inch or so,
The generator carb needs to be cleaned. It turns over and starts to fire, but obviously a carb kit will make it run as it's designed.
For the price and low mileage, the price of this coat is very fair and will make someone a great toy hauler!
