This unit comes equipped with the optional 2nd A/C unit, bringing in a total of 30,000 BTU's to keep you comfortable in the summer and for when it gets chilly; not to worry, it has a 35,000 BTU furnace and heated underbelly to keep it going year-round. This unit also has an automatic leveling system with six slide-outs (which includes slide out covers for each), giving a spacious and homey feeling.
