The kitchen area features an island, range oven, microwave/convection oven, and many hardwood cabinets with a pantry. You will also enjoy lots of counter space with matching sink covers for additional counter space. This unit comes equipped with the optional 2nd A/C unit, bringing in a total of 30,000 BTU's to keep you comfortable in the summer and for when it gets chilly; not to worry, it has a 35,000 BTU furnace and heated underbelly to keep it going year-round.
