The clear coat is peeling on the front over the windshield. There are some minor scratches on this and a scrape by the fuel cap. There are some stains on the carpet inside. There are no signs of leaks inside. Per the seller, the roof was recoated 1.5 years ago. The tires are dated 4520 and appear to be in good condition. The engine sounds great on this unit. There are cosmetic dings, and scratches on the outside. Needs a new ladder on the back. There's a tennis ball size hole on the outside of the unit by the awning.
