2003 Lazy daze rv, 26.5 ft rear bath model, V10, 88k original miles, nice shape in and out, rare red/maroon color, runs and drives very nice. Onan 4kw generator, roof air conditioning/heater, 4 burner stove, microwave, convection oven, full size refrigerator with freezer runs on electric, propane or shore power, kitchen sink, toilet, comfortable standup shower with bathroom sink, full size couch that folds down into a bed for 2, dinette area seats 4 converts into a bed for 2 and cab over bed with ladder sleeps 2 as well. Fiamma awning. In the front area has two chairs with table for eating, entertaining or for any purpose that you choose. In the back of the coach it has a private 2 way closet door that is multifunctional that works as a closet door and also as a room separator between the bathroom and the kitchen area. Rv also has a flat screen tv. Lots of cabinet space for linens, books, blankets, supplies or just extra storage. Very nice interior throughout the unit. Unit has hardwood floors in the back area of the coach and carpet in the front area. All cabinets have plenty of storage space. Plenty of outside storage as well. Has outside shower as well. Coach also has solar to keep the house batteries consistently charged. Unit sleeps 6 people. Outside paint and striping is in very good condition. Lazy Daze, Ford Chassis is being sold because it is too small for our family now. Same mechanic for the past decade (Roys 76 in Arcadia, ask for Brian) and serviced regularly. Our last trip was to Canada (from Pasadena, CA area) with our family of five, plus two grandparents. We made it there and back, trouble free. We continue to drive the RV regularly. After our trip to Canada, we quickly realized that we needed a larger unit, so we are now selling our Class C. Newer tires (3,000 miles on them), blue interior, and blue/white and gray exterior. Very clean unit. Exterior slightly faded. Standard extra dark windows, clean bathroom, kitchen/bath functions perfectly. Generator is currently gummed up and in need of service. We have a 1987 Lazy Daze, 22 Ft. Rear Bath for sale. In great running condition and good Cosmetic condition. Engine is a Ford 350. It has the original carpet and upholstery. Towels were always used on top and throw rugs on the carpet so it's in great condition. Refrigerator is new (3 years) and runs great. All new seals and vents put in a year ago. There is NO generator. Wraparound view! Living room comfort for six -- dining room too! Built for comfortable entertaining. Best vehicle we have ever owned -- strong and reliable, in excellent condition inside and out. We had this RV specially-made because in most RV spaces you have to back in -- so we wanted our RV to have its view in the back where we could enjoy looking out as we dined. We didn't want a bedroom or bath in the back to steal our view! Extension on pull-down table seats up to 6 people. The two rear couches make out into two double beds or one large king-sized bed, plus a couch/bed (with memory foam mattress) in the front -- no uncomfortable dinette. Front passenger seat rotates for comfortable seating. A large storage area in the cab-over section lets you take everything with you on long trips. Lazy Daze is known for their super-reliable and strong machines, and this RV is wonderful and so cleverly built to give you two separate rooms or a dressing room attached to the bathroom. We are only selling it because we are retiring and want to spend months in one of the RV resorts so we need something slightly bigger. You have to see it to believe it -- it looks new! Original owner, no smoking, no pets -- really clean.
