2002 Lazy Daze 30 FOOT ISLAND BED, Classic Lazy Daze 30' IB sleeps four, perfect for two. Ford V-10 with 110,000 miles. Well maintained by professional mechanics - I am not a DIY. Major service records available. Factory installed solar panel, regularly exercised Onan generator with low hours and AC. Awning. Traditional Lazy Daze blue and white exterior, white interior with blue furniture and carpeting. Warm cabinetry. Front entertainment center, couch and two chairs, full kitchen and refrigerator, rear island queen bed. We lived in it and volunteered in state and national parks from Georgia to Oregon until 2013, but life forces a reluctant sale. The condition is good for its years, as we fully maintained it and never smoked or kept pets. The exterior has been maintained with factory recommended poly wax. We covered the carpet with rugs and took our shoes off. No roof leaks but the roof was resealed by the factory in 2013 as a preventive. The coach is factory original with leveling jacks and propane heater added. Outside shower. New Michelin front tires. Rear tires will need replacement in the next couple of years.
