With the solid E-450 Ford chassis, V10 engine, and 4-wheel disc brakes it always starts quickly, hot or cold, shifts smooth, runs and brakes strong, and runs at a normal temperature no matter what the outside is. The tires are all brand new! The Ford chassis has all the nice features like PL, PW, Tilt, and Cruise Control. All the major systems are in excellent condition: Mechanically, electrically, and plumbing. Being a SouthWest unit the underside is very clean. The reasonable miles means all the drivetrain (engine, transmission, brakes, driveline, differential) is still in excellent condition. It has 12 total seating positions, sleeping for 6, and has almost all the options you can think of. The unit also has an amazing amount of storage, and has good kitchen counter space for a unit this size. The rear lounge is what makes this floorplan so desirable and sought after. There is an amazing 180 degree view out the back windows. The dual sofas give a wonderful living area, and if needed fold down into either 2 twin beds, or 1 extra large king size bed. Even with both sofas converted, the rest of the coach is fully accessible, unlike the mid couch floorplan. The bathroom door also latches open which allows the privacy to the whole back area. The bathroom is also well designed and very well appointed. The coach is powered electrically by 2 deep cycle Lifeline AGM sealed maintenance free batteries. If you know about Lifeline batteries, you know they are not cheap but give fantastic performance and don't carry the risk of running dry like normal flooded batteries do. Also paired up is a 120 watt solar system with charge controller and integrated engine battery trickle charger. This combination keeps all the batteries charged up ready for use when the RV is stored, and helps charge them up each day while dry camping. The charge controller displays the coach battery voltage and solar charge current. This make the battery system as easy and strong as possible. The strong hitch receiver gives flexible towing options, or can be used for bike/cargo rack. The 4KW Onan Emerald plus (strong twin cylinder) generator powers everything and is practically brand new with only 50 hours.
