In the back of the coach it has a private 2 way closet door that is multifunctional that works as a closet door and also as a room separator between the bathroom and the kitchen area. They have perfected the layout and quality of the rig to provide comfort and reliability. This 26.5 ft, low-profile coach fits into national and state park campsites where larger rigs are prohibited. This coach has a fantastc floor plan, with a SOLAR panel   The back sofa's very easily slid out to make a king size bed or two twins.  There is also a large bed over the driver cab and the dinette can sleep two.  The upholstery is in great shape and there are polarfleece slip covers which are washable. Recent additons include:  a new floor spring (2016), new house battery (summer 2016), and 6 new Michelins (spring 2016).  The mileage is 88,000 miles. The solar panel will keep your house batteries charged indefinitely with sun.  There is an inverter to charge your phone and tablets, and a onan gas generator.  The roof has been maintained as well as the engine and oil changes.   We are non smokers and we have traveled with small dogs.  We are located in Maryland.  We purchased from the original owner who only had the RV for a few months.  We have been the owners since 2004. There are a few small cosmetic issues, which do not affect function.  A small dent in the back bumper,  andtwo blisters on the side, therefore we have priced the coach below market. This coach can go most anywhere and it is perfect for National Forests and boondocking.

Lazy Daze, Ford Chassis is being sold because it is too small for our family now. Same mechanic for the past decade (Roys 76 in Arcadia, ask for Brian) and serviced regularly. Our last trip was to Canada (from Pasadena, CA area) with our family of five, plus two grandparents. We made it there and back, trouble free. We continue to drive the RV regularly. After our trip to Canada, we quickly realized that we needed a larger unit, so we are now selling our Class C. Newer tires (3,000 miles on them), blue interior, and blue/white and gray exterior. Very clean unit. Exterior slightly faded. Standard extra dark windows, clean bathroom, kitchen/bath functions perfectly. Generator is currently gummed up and in need of service.
