The unit is in great condition per the seller - it has been stored under the covered RV shed, as shown in the photos, when not in use - and has been used sparingly. One known issue - the flooring in front of the sleeper sofa in the living area - was damaged the first time they used it as the slide was out of alignment - it was adjusted, and no issues with it since.
