Four slide-outs provide a spacious interior, and the bunkhouse adds to the sleeping capacity for 11 people. On the forward interior is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, large wardrobe closet, flat screen TV, and a closet prepped for clothes washer and dryer hook-up. The bathroom is between the master bedroom and the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse has a sleeper sofa facing cabinets and a flat-screen TV. Overhead is a full-size bed accessed from the hallway. The kitchen, in the center of the camper, is equipped with a residential-style refrigerator/freezer, microwave, three-burner stove with cover, and an oven. This fifth wheel is in better-than-expected condition for its age. The only wear and tear noted were on two recliners. The owners have a cat, but there was no evidence of a cat. It has been stored under a covered roof and has tire covers. There is a new awning and new jack leveling controls. There is no evidence of water infiltration or delamination. There are cabinets and drawers on the island and pendant lighting above. The spacious pantry is full-size. The unit is in great condition per the seller - it has been stored under the covered RV shed, as shown in the photos, when not in use - and has been used sparingly. One known issue - the flooring in front of the sleeper sofa in the living area - was damaged the first time they used it as the slide was out of alignment - it was adjusted, and no issues with it since.
