Everything is very lightly used and works as it should. The generator has only 93 hours. The tires are the originals, manufactured in the summer of 2019. The sellers purchased the unit new over a year later. There is minimal tread wear and no weathering or cracking on the sidewalls. The roof appears to be in good condition with no evidence of tearing or cracking. The only visible issue is that due to outside storage in the Arizona sun, the south and east facing gray graphics have very fine cracks. There is no peeling or fading. You'll notice the large, 4 door fridge, kitchen island with fold down extensions on both ends, loads of cabinets, storage, and counter space. The three person sofa/2 person stadium recliner is manually operated so you don't need 110 v to operate it. A nice entertainment center features a large TV, stereo with Bluetooth (and CD/DVD player), and the control center that includes the generator start switch, fuel gauge, and Hobbs meter. You can see by the photo, there are only 93 hours on the 5.5KW generator. Entering the garage, the loft bed provides either extra storage or wonderful kids sleeping space. The garage is set up for toys and storage. There are washer/dryer hookups, but the sellers wanted the space. There is also a spot for a garage TV if wanted. Summer camping allows opening the rear patio/ramp and extending a powered awning for shade. Moving to the front, the bedroom features an upgraded Queen mattress to replace the original RV King.
