2017 Keystone RV Impact 311, This particular Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler has all the quality construction of a Fuzion without the price! The first thing you notice going in is the high ceiling and spacious floorplan. Many toy haulers around the 31ft range tend to be cramped on interior space. But this 311 model really opens up into a comfortable living and kitchen area. The big feature of course is the huge 10" garage area with dual opposing sofas and a drop down queen bed. The garage has a whole 90" of height and even has 9 tie down interlock systems welded to the frame that each support 5000lbs! The front of this unit contains the master bedroom and the bathroom. It has the new lighted power awningan upgraded 15K BTU ducted roof A/C50 AMP service and its now wired and braced for a 2nd A/Ca correct tracka pull down rear screen wall in the cargo areaa 5500 watt Onan generator with fueling station. The 303 has (2) opposing slide outs giving you a ton of interior space! It has a front walk around queen bed. It has a sofa slide out with the upgraded Ashely Lauren sofa. Across from that is the full galley with a (3) burner stove topan ovena microwave oven with an exhaust hooda 8 cu ft. double door refrigeratorand a Kitchen Island with a double sink. It also has a side aisle bath that contains the tub/shower combothe toilet and the vanity all in one room. It has a partition wall with a 10' cargo area and it does have the double electric beds in the rear and the bottom bed makes into opposing couches. The Dry Weight on this unit is 8940lbs.
