Everything is very lightly used and works as it should. The generator has only 93 hours. The tires are the originals, manufactured in the summer of 2019. The sellers purchased the unit new over a year later. There is minimal tread wear and no weathering or cracking on the sidewalls. The roof appears to be in good condition with no evidence of tearing or cracking. The only visible issue is that due to outside storage in the Arizona sun, the south and east facing gray graphics have very fine cracks. There is no peeling or fading.
