It comes with an Equalizer hitch, extra fresh water and sewer hoses, and many other extra accessories. Even a grease gun so you can maintain the wheel bearings as you travel. We have just shampooed all of the carpet and upholstery to remove any allergens, and it has never been smoked in. There are some minor, cosmetic blemishes, but nothing that impacts the functionality of the trailer. We have had some great trips, but an upcoming move necessitates the sale.
