Priced below NADA value. It has a forward queen bed, two bunks aft, a pull out couch and a drop down table. This trailer has been well cared for and has many more years of good service ahead of it. The slide out make for a spacious interior on the days when the weather doesn't cooperate. The air conditioner was replaced with an OEM unit 3 years ago, and the battery was replaced 2 years ago. It comes with an Equalizer hitch, extra fresh water and sewer hoses, and many other extra accessories. Even a grease gun so you can maintain the wheel bearings as you travel. We have just shampooed all of the carpet and upholstery to remove any allergens, and it has never been smoked in. There are some minor, cosmetic blemishes, but nothing that impacts the functionality of the trailer. We have had some great trips, but an upcoming move necessitates the sale. It weighs approximately 6800 lbs empty, and I plan a towing weight of about 8500 to 9000 lbs.If interested, I would consider a package deal with the tow vehicle, a 2004 Ford F250 crew cab with a 6.8L V10 engine.Delivery is negotiable, and I will accept cash, or bank check/bank money order.
