This RV has been kept in storage with only the front exposed to the sun. There is some oxidation and a little cracking on the decals on the front. The RV needs to be washed. It is in need of some TLC. The awning is a little weathered and there is a speaker missing that is attached to the awning. There is some wear on the back of the dinette. The exterior looks good overall for its age with only minor scuffs and scratches from normal wear and tear. The front cap decals do have some minor fading but again, normal wear and tear for the age of the unit. Inside the living furniture is still quite functional but there is a large rip in the seat cushion for one of the recliners, and there are a few thin spots in the carpet at the entrance to the master bedroom and one thin spot in front of the dining table area. This Sundance needs some work and TLC to get her back into shape. The exterior first needs a detail cleaning, including a good waxing. I did not notice any damage, just paint oxidation. There is evidence of some type of water leak in the front pass-thru storage compartment. The exterior kitchen needs a good cleaning as well, but all components are present and appear to be in good shape. Tires should be inspected and probably replaced. The patio awning is damaged, I could not open it because the unit was against a building. The Interior is also in need of a thorough cleaning although I did not notice any cooking, smoking, or pet odors. The sofa is damaged and needs to be replaced. The interior door to the bunkhouse has a hole in it and needs to be replaced. After a thorough cleaning, some TLC, and routine maintenance, this unit could be a perfect get-away for someone. Leveling jacks are not functioning. Stock #281447 MASSIVE bunkhouse with 1/2 bath. Sleeps 8- Possibly more. Large outdoor Kitchen 2014 Sundance 3600 QB Fifth Wheel for sale in the south San Antonio, area. The Sundance Fifth Wheel has one of the largest bunkhouse areas I have seen.
