The exterior looks good overall for its age with only minor scuffs and scratches from normal wear and tear. The front cap decals do have some minor fading but again, normal wear and tear for the age of the unit. Inside the living furniture is still quite functional but there is a large rip in the seat cushion for one of the recliners, and there are a few thin spots in the carpet at the entrance to the master bedroom and one thin spot in front of the dining table area.
