This Sundance needs some work and TLC to get her back into shape. The exterior first needs a detail cleaning, including a good waxing. I did not notice any damage, just paint oxidation. There is evidence of some type of water leak in the front pass-thru storage compartment. The exterior kitchen needs a good cleaning as well, but all components are present and appear to be in good shape. Tires should be inspected and probably replaced. The patio awning is damaged, I could not open it because the unit was against a building. The Interior is also in need of a thorough cleaning although I did not notice any cooking, smoking, or pet odors. The sofa is damaged and needs to be replaced. The interior door to the bunkhouse has a hole in it and needs to be replaced. After a thorough cleaning, some TLC, and routine maintenance, this unit could be a perfect get-away for someone.
