This 2019 Sabre by Forest River 36FRP has been well taken care of. The present owner plans to fix the linoleum floor tear in the living area. The roof is in great condition, and the owner has not had any problems with it. She has all the documents for the RV, including all of the appliances. Stock #393391 Sabre 36FRP! Very Spacious with Several Upgrades This 2019 Sabre by Forest River 36FRP is in great condition. It has a very open and comfortable interior and can sleep up to eight people. The living area has plenty of seating, including a sofa that opens to a full bed and a dinette that converts to a twin bed. A large-screen TV and fireplace make the area warm and cozy. The back bedroom has three bunk beds and a drop-down bed that can sleep up to four children. There is also a half bath to separate the kids from adults. This RV has five TVs: two in the living area, one in the back room, one in the master bedroom, and one outside in the exterior kitchen. The stereo has speakers throughout the RV and outside, where you can listen while sitting under the full-size awning. There is a phone app that easily controls the RV, and many of the electronics are called In-Command and are often used by the present owner. Other uses of the In-Command app include tank levels, battery levels, awnings, slides, the HVAC system, and hitch control. The kitchen has ample space, including a wraparound counter area for preparing meals. It also has a large refrigerator, microwave, three-burner stove, and oven. This unit has not been camped in; in fact it still has Factory Winterizing. Photos taken 4/5/24 and show the condition on that date. Interior is clean and shows very little to no use. The exterior of this coach is extremely clean and damage-free. The windows are free of cracks and fogging. The frame is rust-free, and the tires have ample tread. The decals are bright and free of fading. The interior condition mirrors the exterior. There are no strange smells, and it does not appear to have been lived in. Cabinets are free of peeling or delamination. Furniture upholstery is free of rips and tears. There is slight peeling on the Stadium Sofa headrest areas. Stock #391056 Beautiful 2020 Forest River Sabre that sleeps 4 with 3 Slides and lots of room! This 2020 Sabre 32DPT Cobalt Edition is immaculate inside and out. The owner spared no expense in getting the RV ready for the market. It has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Even the holding tanks were cleaned and sanitized! Pride of ownership truly shows with this coach. As you approach this Fifth Wheel you will see that the tires are covered, as they always are, there is a stability tripod under the hitch, there are jack pads under the jacks and the coach is parked on a clean concrete pad, not on the dirt.
